Our management team
Lisa Sothell has over 20 years of combined experience in customer service and credit management, starting as Site Manager for Transcom (2000-2003) and Teleperformance (2004-2013). Prior to assuming the position of Country Manager for Axactor Sweden, Lisa held the role of Head of Operation for both Lindorff (2014-2016) and Axactor 2017-).
Lisa has a strong focus on credit management, customer service and debt collection and she has extensive experience in leading operations in change. Her strength and guiding principle is to create teams and management groups that has a strong drive towards high and qualitative results and continuous development.
Johan Sandhaag is Head of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for Swedish sales organization and marketing strategy. Johan has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing from asset management, debt collection and the security industry. Johan is passionate about customer relationships and helping companies to grow profitably.

Josefine Bohlin has over 12 years of experience from various HR roles within private, partner-managed and listed companies. Most recently, Josefine comes from the legal industry where she worked as HR Manager at Advokatfirman Lindahl and later at Jansson & Norin/Fondia. Josefine also has experience from the recruitment industry and is educated in Human Resources at Halmstad University. Josefine's heart beats a bit extra for employer branding and for creating a workplace where talents want to stay for a long time.
Pähr Johansson has 13 years experience as Finance Manager for Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish companies within finance, distribution and wood industry. In addition Pähr has 8 years of experience as Business and Finance Controller in retail, telecom, metal industry and finance. Pähr comes most recently from the position as Senior Business Controller at Lindorff Sweden.
Malin Hestner is senior manager with 20 years of leadership experience in private and public sectors. Malin comes most recently from the position as Operations Manager at Intrum (2015-2018), Head of Department for Gothenburg´s development of service and digital services (2011-2015), Head of Tax Administration/Enforcement Authority (2009-2011) and long experience as Business Area Manager in contact center, customer service and sales (Transcom/Teleperformance 1998-2009). Malin has an economic background and a degree from Gothenburg Business School.
